If you cannot attend a show, you may be able to list your verified tickets for resale through Ticketmaster.com. You can log in to your Ticketmaster.com account to manage your tickets and view your potential resale options.

Exceptions to this policy may be made if your show has been postponed due to the impact of COVID-19. If you would like to request a refund, you can follow these steps:

  • Ticketmaster purchasers who would like to request a refund should contact Ticketmaster directly to request their refund by calling 800-653-8000. All credit card purchases will be refunded within 5 business days. Refunds should post to accounts within 7 business days, and exact timing varies by bank or credit card provider.
  • If you purchased through the Orpheum box office, email boxoffice@orpheum-memphis.com.

Refund requests must be received no later than 48 hours before showtime and cannot be processed after the show begins.

In the event of inclement weather, all performances will go on as scheduled. Each production is contractually entitled to the ticket revenues from their performances so long as the actors are on stage and perform. Legal exceptions are only allowed for “Acts of God” or “regulations of public authorities,” which happens when the government steps in to close a venue during severe weather or an emergency. Otherwise, “the show must go on.” Refunds and reseating to other performances are not allowed per this agreement. In the event of a cancellation, the Orpheum Theatre Group will notify all media and notices will be posted on our website.

Everyone regardless of age must have a ticket. Please check individual show information for age recommendations or restrictions.

For select shows, tickets can be resold or purchased from other patrons on Ticketmaster.com.

Verified tickets listed for resale are indicated on Ticketmaster.com by a pink icon with white circular arrows. Verified resellers set their own prices, which may differ from the prices set by the performer or production.

To list a ticket for resale:

Ticketmaster.com purchasers: When applicable, you can list verified tickets for resale through your Ticketmaster.com account.

Broadway season ticket holders: You can list your season ticket seats through your Account Manager portal. Season ticket seats can be listed for resale after the show has become available for presale.

All resale tickets sold through Ticketmaster.com have been verified, making it easier for patrons to find valid tickets directly through the Orpheum Theatre Group's official ticketing partner.

We recommend purchasing all tickets, both original and resale, through the Orpheum box office and Ticketmaster.com. Tickets purchased through third-party vendors may be fraudulent or have highly inflated prices. Read our ticket information to learn more about ticket brokers.

Please note that you will be required to provide your bank account information and as of January 1, 2022, sales completed on any e-commerce platform, including Ticketmaster, are now subject to reporting to the IRS per the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. As of January 1, sellers or fans earning more than $600 annually as a result of a sale on a Ticketmaster U.S. marketplace (including Account Manager) are required to complete a 1099 form. Fans will be notified of this requirement when they sell on Ticketmaster. More info here:

Ticketmaster’s Official Platinum Seats are premium tickets to concerts and other events made available by artists and event providers. The goal is to give the most passionate fans fair and safe access to the best tickets, while enabling artists and other people involved in staging live events to price tickets closer to their true value. Ticketmaster's Official Platinum Seats program enables market-based pricing (adjusting prices according to supply and demand) for live event tickets, similar to how airline tickets and hotel rooms are sold.

To learn more, visit Ticketmaster’s platinum ticket FAQ online.

Each ticket has a one-of-a-kind barcode, and when you share your tickets along with your personal information online, your tickets can be compromised. You can still share your excitement online, just make sure to #CoverTheCode by covering the bar code and any other personal information on your ticket. Get more information about #CoverTheCode.

In the Orpheum Theatre, seats in Orchestra Right have odd numbers, while seats in Orchestra Left have even numbers.

Large theatres like ours, with a center aisle dividing the orchestra into four sections, sometimes number seats this way to make it easier for patrons and ushers to quickly find seats on the left and right sides of the auditorium.

Rest assured you will be seated with your friends or family!

View a detailed seating map of the orchestra section.

Free parking after 5pm is available on many of the streets near the theatre.

Starting with the 2023-2024 Season, all Season Ticket Holders will have the opportunity to purchase discounted parking digitally through the ParkMobile or Premium Parking App or website and will no longer pay for parking through their season ticket invoice.

There are several parking lots within walking distance of the theatre, and fees can vary by lot. Click here to view a map of additional nearby Downtown Memphis parking lots, or visit our Parking & Directions page.

Occasionally, conflicting events at other downtown venues or construction can make parking more difficult. Please check traffic routes and conditions as you plan for your visit.

There are five spaces for wheelchairs and five chairs for other accessible needs, such as walkers and any other physical limitations. The row directly in front of the wheelchair spaces, Row BB, is held whenever possible for anyone accompanying patrons with accessible seating requirements. Row BB tickets are priced the same as the regular back orchestra. Occasionally, companion seats may be available in the accessible seating area. In those cases, companions will be seated to the sides of or the back of the section and may not be seated directly next to their companion.

Accessible seats and those in Row BB are released for public sale 48 hours prior to performance time or earlier in the event of a sell-out.
