Health & Safety

PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT

CHECK EVENT INFORMATION

Masks are highly recommended for all Orpheum Theatre and Halloran Centre events. Please note that safety measures may vary by production based on the requirements of the artist or show. Please check the event webpage of the production for any show-specific safety measures.

IF YOU ARE SICK, STAY HOME

If you or someone in your group doesn’t feel well, has exhibited symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home.

COVID REFUND POLICY

If you have a cough, fever, or any other signs or symptoms of COVID-19, do not come to the theatre. For refund instructions, log into your Ticketmaster account and click on the “Contact Us” link. If you purchased through the Orpheum box office, please email boxoffice@orpheum-memphis.com.

Refunds must be requested prior to the event. Refunds are not available once the show has begun.

SHARE INFORMATION WITH YOUR PARTY

If you are the ticket purchaser, you will have accepted the Terms of Service on behalf of you and your party. Shortly before your performance date, you will receive an event info email from us, sharing the most up-to-date version of this important information with you. Please be aware that only the ticket purchaser will receive these emails, so be sure to share these communications with everyone in your party so that they are aware of what to expect on their visit.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ARRIVE

PLEASE RESPECT THE RULES

For live entertainment to continue, we need your help to create a safe experience at our venues by following all policies and procedures. These rules have been created for the safety of all patrons, performers, staff, and volunteers.

OUR STAFF IS THERE TO HELP

Our Front of House staff and volunteers are available throughout the performance to monitor everyone’s safety, and to assist in any way they can. If you feel uncomfortable at any time, please speak to one of our associates who will assist you.

ARRIVAL TIMES

To ensure timely entry, please arrive early for your performance.

ITEMS AT THE THEATRE

In order to ensure the safety of our guests, upon arrival, patrons will walk through a threat detection system and purses, briefcases, and bags may be inspected.

Firearms, knives, and weapons of any kind are prohibited inside the theatre. Other items not allowed inside the theatre include illegal drugs, laser pointers, fireworks, outside food and beverages, SLRs, DSLRs, video cameras, professional cameras, including external flash camera units or interchangeable/detachable lenses, and pets other than service animals.

Larger items that have the potential to block walkways or disturb other patrons will need to be stored at coat check. For your convenience, we recommend refraining from bringing large bags to the theatre.

CONTACT-FREE TRANSACTIONS

We provide multiple opportunities for contact-free transactions through pre-paid parking (available to Season Ticket Holders), mobile tickets, and contactless payments at the bars.

AT THE END OF THE SHOW

At the end of the performance, please allow extra time to exit in an orderly fashion and avoid crowding. Our theaters have exits at the sides as well as the front. Once you have exited the theater, we ask that you promptly move away to ensure others can exit without congestion.

AIR FILTRATION

The Orpheum Theatre Group facilities use high efficiency filters that filter out contaminants. To the maximum extent feasible, indoor ventilation will be optimized to increase the proportion of outdoor ventilation and reduce recirculation.

PLEASE NOTE: These protocols currently in place are subject to change in compliance with revisions to national and local guidelines regarding COVID-19. While we will provide the most up-to-date public health procedures to improve patron safety, they are not an absolute protection against contracting COVID-19. Patrons assume their own risk by entering the facility.

By visiting the Orpheum Theatre and Halloran Centre, each visitor voluntarily assumes all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agrees to release the Orpheum Theatre Group, individuals or entities involved in the production, management, or operation of an event (collectively, “Producers”) from any liability related to such exposure regardless of any action or inaction by the Orpheum Theatre Group, another visitor, guest, employee of the Orpheum Theatre Group, or other individuals or entities involved in a performance, event, or program. Thank you for supporting the Orpheum Theatre Group and its partners and for helping to keep each other healthy and safe.
