COVID-19 Precautions and Information
The Orpheum Theatre Group has implemented new measures to cultivate a safe enviroment for everyone.
Masks are always required for all patrons and visitors regardless of vaccination status in all indoor spaces at the Orpheum Theatre Group, except while eating and drinking.
PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT
IF YOU ARE SICK, STAY HOME
If you or someone in your group doesn’t feel well, has exhibited symptoms of COVID-19 in the previous 14 days, or has been in contact with someone with COVID-19 in the previous 14 days, please stay home.
COVID REFUND POLICY
If you have a cough, fever, or any other signs or symptoms of COVID-19, do not come to the theatre. For refund instructions, log into your Ticketmaster account and click on the “Contact Us” link. If you purchased through the Orpheum box office, please email email@example.com.
SHARE INFORMATION WITH YOUR PARTY
If you are the ticket purchaser, you will have accepted the Terms of Service on behalf of you and your party. Shortly before your performance date, you will receive an event info email from us, sharing the most up-to-date version of this important information with you. Please be aware that only the ticket purchaser will receive these emails, so be sure to share these communications with everyone in your party so that they are aware of what to expect on their visit.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ARRIVE
PLEASE RESPECT THE RULES
For live entertainment to continue, we need your help to create a safe experience at our venues by following all policies and procedures. These rules have been created for the safety of all patrons, performers, staff, and volunteers. Patrons will not be allowed to enter the venue without a mask or if they are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19. Patrons who refuse to wear a mask will be asked to leave the venue without a refund.
MASKS ARE MANDATORY FOR AGES 2 AND UP
Masks are mandatory at all times for ages 2 and up, unless eating or drinking.
Please see the CDC’s guide to masks for recommended face coverings.
Now through October 31 concessions will only be allowed in our lobbies where patrons can more easily socially distance. Concessions will not be allowed in the auditoriums at the Halloran Centre and Orpheum Theatre, and masks must be worn at all times.
OUR STAFF IS THERE TO HELP
Our Front of House staff and volunteers are available throughout the performance to monitor everyone’s safety, and to assist in any way they can. If you feel uncomfortable at any time, please speak to one of our associates who will assist you.
The Orpheum Theatre Group is currently selling tickets up to our full capacity for all performances. This means that there will not be physical distancing within the venue, and you can expect to have patrons sitting directly next to, in front of, and behind you.
To ensure timely entry, please arrive early for your performance.
SANITIZE YOUR HANDS
We will have hand sanitizing stations located at several points around the theater and in the restrooms for your use. Please make sure to use these regularly during your visit.
We provide multiple opportunities for contact-free transactions through pre-paid parking (available to Season Ticket Holders), mobile tickets, and contactless payments at the bars.
AT THE END OF THE SHOW
At the end of the performance, please allow extra time to exit in an orderly fashion and avoid crowding. Our theaters have exits at the sides as well as the front. Once you have exited the theater, we ask that you promptly move away to ensure others can exit without congestion.
Our theatres receive a thorough cleaning after every performance, and our cleaning staff will remain on site throughout the performance to clean restrooms, touchpoints, and high traffic areas.
The Orpheum Theatre Group facilities use high efficiency filters that filter out contaminants. To the maximum extent feasible, indoor ventilation will be optimized to increase the proportion of outdoor ventilation and reduce recirculation.
All Orpheum Theatre Group staff and volunteers are required to be vaccinated.
To comply with all legal requirements, reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with a documented medical condition or sincerely held religious beliefs that would prevent them from being vaccinated.
PLEASE NOTE: These protocols currently in place are subject to change in compliance with revisions to national and local guidelines regarding COVID-19. While we will provide the most up-to-date public health procedures to improve patron safety, they are not an absolute protection against contracting COVID-19. Patrons assume their own risk by entering the facility.
By visiting the Orpheum Theatre and Halloran Centre, each visitor voluntarily assumes all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agrees to release the Orpheum Theatre Group, individuals or entities involved in the production, management, or operation of an event (collectively, “Producers”) from any liability related to such exposure regardless of any action or inaction by the Orpheum Theatre Group, another visitor, guest, employee of the Orpheum Theatre Group, or other individuals or entities involved in a performance, event, or program. Thank you for supporting the Orpheum Theatre Group and its partners and for helping to keep each other healthy and safe.
