In order to provide excellent service to all of our patrons, including those with disabilities, the Orpheum Theatre Group endeavors to provide an accessible experience for everyone within our venues and on our website.
Accessible and Wheelchair Seating
The Orpheum Theatre is a historic building. By enlisting the aid of an accredited architectural firm and input from other organizations concerned with limited access, we have made every effort to provide comfortable and accommodating space for physically challenged patrons.
Accessible seating has been arranged at the back of the left orchestra section. As we are not able to provide seating in the upper levels of the theatre because of safety precautions, the seats in this designated area are priced at the balcony price.
There are five spaces for wheelchairs and five chairs for other accessible needs, such as walkers and any other physical limitations. The row directly in front of the wheelchair spaces, Row BB, is held whenever possible for anyone accompanying patrons with accessible seating requirements. Row BB tickets are priced the same as the regular back orchestra. Occasionally, companion seats may be available in the accessible seating area. In those cases, companions will be seated to the sides of or the back of the section and may not be seated directly next to their companion.
Accessible seats and those in Row BB are released for public sale 48 hours prior to performance time or earlier in the event of a sell-out.

Accessible seating is also available in the Halloran Centre theatre on the floor, mid-section, and on the mezzanine.
The Orpheum's elevator is accessible on the orchestra, mezzanine, and balcony levels. The lower lounge, Grand Tier, and gallery levels are available by stair.
All levels of the Halloran Centre are accessible by elevator.
Hearing and Visually Impaired Resources
Assistive listening devices are available in both venues and can be requested through an usher or the house manager. At the Orpheum Theatre, assistive listening devices can be borrowed directly at Coat Check.
